Meet The Directors
Boyd Keys and Matt Overington are the Directors of Nexgen Maintenance Ltd. Between them, they have over 30 years experience.
Matt Overington spent 12 years working as an engineer for Swegon and brings specialist engineering expertise and knowledge.
Boyd’s background was in business development and recruitment where he worked for many years working for high-end clients in the construction industry before moving into the field of property maintenance. With his background in recruitment, Boyd takes a very personal role in the recruitment of staff at Nexgen Maintenance, ensuring all new staff members are vetted to a high standard in terms of their professional knowledge and acumen.
